What Do You Get Out if it …? AND what actually it is ...???
THE MYSTERY REVEALED.....
Despite women (and men for that matter) gathering in ritual and circle for centuries .. There is still a little bit of hesitation for some to step into this space.
Is it too woo woo..? (Is there such a thing..?)
What actually happens in the circle …?
Will she make us dance around naked chanting weird sounds ..? (Not yet, we will work up to that one!)
All jokes aside … I really do honour the courage it takes for us to step into something that is outside of our comfort zone.
It’s big, it’s revealing and it’s allowing ourselves to be seen.
CIRCLES CAN BE THIS FOR SURE....
From my experience of hosting and facilitating the space for us to gather in circle:
which is a huge honour and privilege ... I am blown away everytime by what unfolds and emerges from the ‘safe space of the circle’.
Whilst each gathering is unique, because of the beautiful souls gathered… and the energetics present… and because I am 100% guided by the energy and needs of those who are present ….
The RESULTS, or outcomes have similar themes..
THEY LOOK LIKE THIS..
#CONNECTION: The circle is a ‘sacred safe space’ created with intention.. This allows immediately for a sense of ease when you arrive, an exhalation of the soul of sorts and a connection to a shared experience with those in the circle, AND also that connection to self… inner self / higher self…
It seems to open the door way and clear the channels.
#GROUNDING: One of my favs, and one of the most necessary things in our time…
The circle is a space where you can “let go” of all the things, bits, thoughts and ‘stuff’ you’ve been holding onto and managing.
Your energy moves downwards through the body and out of your head.
We use breath, movement, sound and guided meditation to do this …
#EMBODIMENT: Taking up residence in your physical home…
There is a ‘sense’ of ‘coming home’ to yourself. Taking up more space, where perhaps we have been vacant or not present. We take ownership of our body and it’s wisdom. We do this simply with the intention to do so, to wind our energy ‘back home’.
#WISDOM AWAKENING: Just by default, all of this unfolds...
We experience a deeper understanding, a sense of our own innate wisdom, intuition and insight. This lies deep within the body, and as we work to ‘switch on’ these areas, little lightbulbs of awareness switch on from deep within. This just seems to “happen”...
#RE-SET: The nervous system get’s the space to rest....
Because the circle is a ‘safe space’, there is something that happens when you lean back, ground in, and bring your full awareness into yourself.
There is a healing of sorts & a glimpse of “another way of being” connected to the inner, rather than the outer. You walk out of that space DIFFERENT to how you walked in.
#JOY: For the pure, simple experience of it...
Always JOY. 100% JOY.
A shared openness and experience, laughter and lightening up.
I invite you to release the heaviness and seriousness of life… and “lighten up”... I am not afraid to be a “little bit silly” … and love to make people laugh and feel comfortable.
The ritual of the circle is most indeed MAGIC SOUL MEDICINE…
I have seen it time and time again.
They are SACRED SPACE…
They are SACRED WOMENS BIZ..
We celebrate beauty, ritual, adornment - for the pure essence and gift of it.
